Northern Home Mural

This is the mural Tom and I painted on a wall that faces the basketball court at Northern Home.

Our challenge was to design something that said sports AND academics. After researching graffiti art in a few cool books that we bought and some time spent concepting at St. Peter's Village, we created a more abstract solution.

The payoff for the time and effort we spent concepting, designing and painting this was overhearing some of the kids at Northern Home say, "wow, it's actually cool."
